    The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) is the successor of the Hubble Space Telescope. Its launch date was repeatedly postponed and it became one of the most highly-anticipated space missions until it finally launched on Christmas day in 2021.

      I was not satisfied with my product's quality.
      I sent photos of the inferior quality and expected nothing more than an excuse.
      Given the low price and the effort of international shipping, I was not prepared for their replacement-delivery.
      It was nearly overwhelming to get an confirmation-mail of a replacement being shipped.
      The best I would thought could be, they refund me the low price of the product.

      So thank you - even when I had to pay customs duty again but that's the way it is and has nothing to do with your service.
      So thank you very much: that has strengthen my faith in the good of the world :-)
