My 8 year old son is all about all things space. We recently purchase him a telescope and he is fascinated by the moon. When I saw the simulated lunar dust I just knew that I had to get them for him. The jars are packaged so well and arrive in perfect condition. He was over the moon with joy when he opened the package. While I cannot tell you if it compares to actual lunar dust (having never visited the moon) it is very cool to feel the different textures. My son says that he'll let me know if it feels like the real stuff when he becomes an astronaut.
