This is a very rare and sculptural "starburst" of scolecite lathes from recent Pune discoveries that are thick, terminated, glassy, clear to translucent. By the time the blades reach the center of the piece, they have become quite compact. Colorless apophyllite crystals, strewn around like confetti, provide a lovely accent.
