This is a very rare and sculptural "starburst" of scolecite lathes from recent Pune discoveries that are thick, terminated, glassy, clear to translucent. By the time the blades reach the center of the piece, they have become quite compact. Colorless apophyllite crystals, strewn around like confetti, provide a lovely accent.
Complete in every way and almost immaculate on the outside. A few shattered crystals are visible at the base, although they are hidden from view in the best angles. Maharashtra Zeolite has beautiful radial clusters of scolecite crystals, making it a highly sought
